Due to connection problems, we finally succumbed to calling the company for assistance. After much too long a frustrating conversation, they kindly informed us that we don't have internet due to some "pipe that needs to be fixed under water." So, no, they can't do a thing about it. And, no, they can't replace anything. Please pardon me for even daring to consider such options. We just have to wait until these alleged underwater pipes get fixed?
